Simone Hughes-Incendy

Director of Student Services

Simone has been an educator for over 15 years. Her love and enthusiasm for young people has created deep and meaningful relationships with her students and their families. Throughout her career, Simone gravitated to Independent and Non-Public Schools. The personal connections made in the smaller classrooms with the low teacher to student ratio is unmatchable. Before entering Special Education, Simone worked with international students and young women in a therapeutic setting. Simone also create and ran artistic programs for young people. The key ingredient thought out her career is knowing that personal relationships are the driving force of growth and learning. Simone’s passion is preparing students for their future and helping them be ready to enter the world with strength and skills. Seeing her students have jobs, internships, and possibly live independently are the things that drive her. Simone’s contagious enthusiasm has everyone around her believing “Yes, we can!” When Simone is not with her team and students, she likes to play tennis, garden and spend time with her two adult children.
