About the event
Society has us believe that as parents our kids have to come first no matter what and that any time we do something for ourselves, we are acting selfishly. The truth is that practicing self care is one of the kindest things we can do for our kids because putting back into ourselves allows us to give them the best version of ourselves and they deserve that.
